Your Role as a RN Nursing Supervisor:
The RN Nursing Supervisor is tasked with overseeing patient care, streamlining workflows, acting as a resource for team members, and providing leadership in an outpatient addiction recovery setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the Medication Room complies with state and federal regulations, CARF standards, and clinic policies.
Assign staff duties, develop schedules, and adjust provider and support staff schedules as needed;
Supervise and assess the performance of nursing, technical, clerical, service, or maintenance personnel within the team and other clinic staff.
Review medical records for compliance.
Oversee quality assurance initiatives and adherence to operational standards.
Engage in program development or the implementation of operational policies and procedures.
Promote continuous improvement in workplace safety and environmental practices.
Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and training of new personnel.
Qualifications:
Your Education, Skills, and
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2+ years of relevant nursing experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience required
Preferred experience in behavioral health or addiction recovery settings (inpatient or outpatient)
Prior knowledge or experience with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) is highly preferred
Must have no history of alcohol or substance misuse for a minimum of three years prior to employment
Licenses/Certifications:
Current RN license in the state of Wisconsin
Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required
