About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to fill this critical position. As an Access Services Representative 2, you will work closely with patients, nurses, and other hospital staff to ensure seamless registration and financial clearance processes.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting patient interviews to obtain demographic and financial data
  • Verifying patient eligibility for insurance coverage
  • Negotiating payment arrangements with patients
  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients and families
