Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Patient Appointment Coordinator to manage our scheduling department. This role involves maintaining accurate records, handling high call volumes, and ensuring seamless patient registration and financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of patient visits and schedule appointments
  • Manage physicians' schedules and patient appointments
  • Identify and address patient issues promptly
  • Assist in patient registration and financial transactions
  • Collect patient and insurance information accurately
  • File records in appropriate sections of patient charts in EMR
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum one year's experience in a related field, preferably in healthcare
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn and use office equipment and software
  • Flexibility to respond to changing demands
  • Organizational and prioritization skills
Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
