Job Title:

Corporate Counsel for Privacy and Information Security

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Counsel to join our Privacy and Information Security Unit (PISU) within our Corporate Law Department. The successful candidate will provide legal advice on federal and state privacy and information security requirements, enterprise risk management, and the compliance and ethics program.

Responsibilities:
  • Advise on enterprise programs related to privacy, information security, risk, and compliance
  • Provide legal advice on federal and state privacy and information security requirements
  • Collaborate with business leaders throughout the enterprise
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in law, technology, and business objectives
Requirements:
  • JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in at least one state
  • 5+ years of experience with privacy and/or information security laws and regulations
  • Familiarity with risk and/or compliance programs
  • Demonstrated adaptability, learning agility, and ability to excel in a collaborative environment
