Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming inquiries including reservations, pricing information, and general assistance.
  • Manage outbound communications for follow-ups and various assigned tasks.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing rental needs both in-person and via phone.
  • Welcome customers warmly and assist them promptly.
  • Provide directions and general support as needed.
  • Evaluate the condition of vehicles upon return.
  • Process vehicle returns and manage check-in procedures.
  • Promote the company’s services while ensuring safe and courteous transportation of customers.
  • Clearly explain rental agreements, vehicle features, and additional services.
  • May offer optional products, upgrades, and additional equipment.
  • Report any vehicle issues and maintenance needs to management.
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness through manual or automated washing methods.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including billing support, accounts receivable, and report generation.
  • Complete other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience is necessary.
  • A valid US driver's license is mandatory.
  • No more than 2 at-fault accidents or moving violations in the past 3 years.
  • No drug or alcohol-related convictions in the last 5 years.
  • Basic proficiency in PC usage and Microsoft Office applications is essential.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
