Job Description

As a Mid-level MEL Specialist at Q2 Impact, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from designing and implementing MEL frameworks to leading the creation of data collection instruments. You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about making a meaningful impact in communities around the world.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement MEL frameworks and processes
  2. Develop theories of change and results frameworks
  3. Lead the creation of data collection instruments and conduct data analysis
  4. Provide recommendations to clients based on data findings
  5. Contribute to business development efforts and support proposals

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in monitoring, evaluation, or related field
  • 5-8 years of experience in MEL or related field
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver complex technical deliverables
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and meet tight deadlines

Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
