Job Title: Fixed Ops Support Consultant

We're seeking an experienced consultant to join our team as a Fixed Ops Support Consultant. In this role, you'll provide expert training and support to our customers on our Dealer Management Software (DMS).

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing a deep understanding of our DMS software and providing timely and effective training to our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and make a real difference in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities
  • Software Knowledge: Learn and develop a thorough understanding of our DMS software, including the Parts and Service modules.
  • Customer Support: Provide virtual training, online and over the phone, to ensure seamless implementation of our software.
  • Onsite Training: Deliver comprehensive onsite training sessions to new customers, covering software installation and key tasks.
  • Data Entry and Payroll: Familiarize yourself with data entry processes and complete payroll module tasks, if applicable.
Requirements
  • Strong Technical Skills: Proven experience with similar software systems and ability to quickly learn new products.
  • Excellent Time Management: Prioritize tasks effectively and manage your workload to meet deadlines.
