Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Check-in and Check-out: Process guest arrivals and departures in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accurate room assignments and folio settlements.
  • Communication and Problem-solving: Empathetically listen to guest inquiries and provide prompt and effective solutions to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Account Management: Set up accurate accounts for each guest, block rooms, and pre-register designated guests as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other hotel departments, including Concierge, Bell-Door, and Housekeeping, to ensure seamless guest service.
  • Security and Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of guest information and ensure the security of guest room access.
  • Reporting and Administration: Generate, print, and distribute daily and weekly reports, and maintain accurate records of guest interactions.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and politely interact with guests, management, and colleagues.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using computer systems to input information and manage guest accounts.
  • Problem-solving Skills: Ability to think clearly and make concise decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Willingness to work collaboratively with others and adapt to changing situations.
  • Previous Experience: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
