Salary and Benefits
This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000, depending on experience, as well as an annual bonus and Stock Incentive Program. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and Paid Parental Leave among other perks.
Job Description
This highly visible position is located at our Vancouver, WA Facility. As a Blend Production Specialist, you will be responsible for performing specialized and routine blending activities according to established formulas and procedures.
- Ensure that tasks are performed according to food safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines.
- Operate equipment used to produce blends efficiently and effectively.
- Weigh components, pre-mix small blends, and prepare raw material for blending.
- Palletize finished goods and maintain a clean work area.
- Perform calibration checks on scales and verify accuracy.
- Assist in preparing raw materials for blending and mixing.
- Clean blend station equipment, utensils, and work area regularly.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need a high school diploma or equivalent and strong math skills. You should be able to accurately use a calculator, sort, check, count, and verify numbers. Additionally, you'll need to be able to lift and manipulate heavy objects, read, write, and perform math problems.
