**About the Role**
ePac Flexible Packaging France is a global leader in flexible packaging solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Pouch Production Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining pouch making machines, ensuring high-quality products that meet customer specifications.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate and maintain pouch making machines to produce high-quality products.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent machine downtime.
- Collaborate with production team members to achieve production goals.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
**Requirements**
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of flexible packaging films is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work safely around operating machinery.
