The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in fiber science, braiding methods, and advanced analytical techniques. Reporting to the Global R&D manager, the successful applicant will explore and evaluate new polymeric materials, devise formulations, and assist in scaling up production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage R&D projects focused on polymeric fibers in collaboration with a diverse team.
- Drive innovation in fiber and textile research for new product development.
- Implement cutting-edge material solutions while conducting thorough characterization and testing.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to facilitate technology transfer.
- Keep abreast of industry advancements and foster innovation through partnerships.
- Ensure meticulous documentation and reporting of project outcomes.
- At least 12 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
- Proficient in polymeric fibers and fiber processing methodologies.

- In-depth understanding of the structure-property relationships of fibers.
