Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team at CVS Health in Norwich, CT. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our patients.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position in our MinuteClinic, where you will have the opportunity to work autonomously and collaboratively with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care. You will be responsible for providing primary and family evidence-based care, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for our patients.

- Order and administer immunizations and injections, including COVID-19, influenza, TB, and Depo, and provide evidence-based patient/parent vaccine counseling and education.
- Complete the DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment.
- Work collaboratively with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.
- Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including performing CPR and operating an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
- Ability to be proficient in both speaking and writing in additional languages, including Spanish, depending on the market.
We offer a competitive salary range of $46.03 - $99.14 per hour, depending on experience.
