Job Overview:
Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking Full Time | Guest Services Attendant | Hourly + Tips for our esteemed establishment.
Recognized among the premier resorts in the region, we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Your role will involve assisting in the transportation of guests' vehicles and their belongings, ensuring a pleasant and informative arrival and departure experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and exemplify 4-Diamond service standards on a daily basis.
Welcome all guests warmly, creating a friendly atmosphere as they arrive at the resort.
Assist guests with their luggage during the check-in and check-out processes.
Familiarize guests with room amenities and features.
Provide guests with directions and information about the resort and its surroundings.
Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles.
Deliver packages to guest rooms as needed.
Distribute newspapers to guest rooms.
Shine shoes upon request.
Address and accommodate guest requests and inquiries.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to hotel key management.
Maintain a clean and tidy appearance of your uniform, including wearing a name tag.
Help keep the lobby and main drive area clean and organized.
Stay informed about all club events, promotional programs, amenities, and services offered at the resort.
Understand and follow all emergency procedures.
Accurately log all vehicle movements at the valet stand.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Exceptional customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in a valet or bellperson role is preferred.
Professional grooming and body language to represent the brand effectively.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Capability to lift, push, and pull frequently, and remain on your feet throughout the shift.
Must be proficient in driving both manual and automatic vehicles.
Possession of a valid driver's license.
Must be at least 21 years of age with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last two years).
If aged 19 or 20, you must have held a valid driving license with no moving violations.
Must have completed alcohol training certification (TABC).
Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
