Job Overview: The Second Shift Maintenance Associate will provide essential maintenance and repair services to ensure the smooth operation of Plano High School during evening hours. This includes performing routine tasks such as cleaning, repairing, and replacing equipment and fixtures as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and disinfecting all areas of the school, including classrooms, hallways, and bathrooms
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and tightening loose screws
  • Repairing and replacing broken equipment and fixtures as needed
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including storing tools and supplies in designated areas

Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of experience in maintenance or custodial work. You should also be physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

What We Offer: We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as medical, dental, and vision insurance, and paid time off and holidays.
