Our Wellness Coaches foster a supportive atmosphere in our personalized training suites, empowering clients to reclaim their health and vitality, enabling them to engage in the activities they cherish.
We are currently seeking PART-TIME EVENING availability Monday through Friday (1-8 PM) and Saturdays (8 AM - 1 PM). Opportunities for full-time positions are available for those looking to transition.Benefits:
- Full-time Wellness Coaches can earn over $50,000 annually.
- No direct sales or marketing responsibilities.
- No split shifts required.
- Paid opportunities for continuing education.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop safe and effective fitness programs tailored to the unique goals and needs of clients.
- Educate and motivate clients to remain committed to their wellness journey.
- Maintain a positive demeanor and express gratitude daily.
- Create distinctive, memorable experiences that foster long-term client relationships.
- Engage with clients and colleagues in a non-judgmental manner, demonstrating empathy.
- Encourage a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and accident-free training environment.
- Present yourself professionally through your appearance, language, and conduct.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related discipline is preferred.
- National Certification is required (NASM or ACSM).
- At least two years of experience in personal training and program design.
- Thorough knowledge of injury prevention and management.
- Experience working successfully with diverse populations.
- CPR/AED and First Aid Certification is mandatory.
- Exceptional verbal communication and listening skills are essential.
