Job Summary:

You will provide high-quality care to critically ill newborns and preemies as young as 25 weeks gestation. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to implement and assess patient care plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care to critically ill newborns and preemies
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Assess patient needs and develop strategies to meet those needs
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
  • One year of related work experience preferred
  • Current State Licensure as a Registered Nurse required
  • Basic Life Support certification
  • National Certification Corporation (NCC) certification in high or low risk NICU preferred
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification completion within 6 months of date of hire
