Role Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care tailored to the specific needs of our burn patients. Your duties will include:
- Conducting thorough assessments of patient conditions upon admission and throughout their stay, promptly identifying any changes.
- Administering prescribed medications and monitoring patients for any adverse reactions.
- Performing comprehensive evaluations before procedures, ensuring patients and their families are well-informed.
- Implementing evidence-based practices to enhance patient experiences and safety.
- Exhibiting strong communication skills to ensure clarity among patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Qualifications
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 60 months of hire.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
- Trauma Nursing Core Course certification within one year of hire.
- Current Registered Nurse license.
- Registered Nurse diploma or equivalent.
