Accounting Firm Seeks Administrative Professional

Robinson Accounting & Tax LLC is a reputable firm dedicated to providing financial services to diverse clients, including individuals, small businesses, and corporations.

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.

The successful candidate will have experience in office administration, strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $50,000-$65,000 depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist onsite guests in a professional manner
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Assist with office management tasks, including supply inventory and ordering
  • Internal bookkeeping, including invoicing and tracking client payments

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop/Bookkeeping experience a plus
