Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Qdoba Mexican Eats. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for managing restaurant operations, in conjunction with or in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily activities to achieve excellence in restaurant operational performance.
  • Hold restaurant team accountable for consistently delivering excellent guest service and food quality in adherence with brand systems, procedures, and food safety requirements.
  • Review practices and modify as needed to continuously improve the guest experience.
  • Interact with guests and the community; respond to guest questions, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain brand image by ensuring restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and excellent service.
  • Partner with the restaurant manager in using management information tools to analyze restaurant operational and financial performance.
  • Identify trends and implement action plans for improvement.
  • Focus efforts on developing long-term sales growth initiatives designed to drive profitable sales growth.
  • Consider cost/benefit impact of financial decisions and work to protect the brand.
  • Monitor costs and adherence to budget and restaurant goals.
