Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP and IFRS.
  • Account Reconciliation: Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate financial records.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Create month-end and year-end reporting, conduct regular audits to ensure compliance, and prepare tax filings and other regulatory reports.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business decisions.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as needed, providing insights to senior management.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Professional Certifications: CPA/CMA required.
  • Industry Experience: 7+ years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the Life Sciences industry.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and advanced accounting principles and procedures.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and influence others.
