Job OpportunityWe are seeking a motivated and talented lawyer with exceptional writing skills to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a recent law school graduate or a lawyer with a few years of experience who is eager to develop their litigation skills in a supportive and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced trial lawyers, gain hands-on experience in all aspects of personal injury litigation, and contribute to meaningful case outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough legal research and draft compelling legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Assist in the preparation and strategy development for trials, including gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and preparing exhibits.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide comprehensive legal support.
- Maintain open and effective communication with clients, providing updates and guidance throughout the legal process.
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Washington State Bar, or eligibility to become admitted.
- Outstanding legal writing and research skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated interest in personal injury law and trial advocacy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the firm.
