Job Responsibilities
  • Provide care and support to clients in accordance with their care plan
  • Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding
  • Transport clients to and from appointments and errands
  • Ensure a safe environment for clients
  • Document and keep records of client care and changes
