Job Title: CNA/HCA

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled CNA/HCA to join our team of care specialists. As a CNA/HCA, you will provide personalized care to our clients, assisting with daily living activities, preparing meals, and ensuring a safe environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide care for clients in accordance with their Plan of Care
  • Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding
  • Transport clients to and from appointments and errands
  • Ensure a safe environment for the client
  • Document and keep records of client care and changes
