We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Child and Adolescent Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Ellie Mental Health. As a therapist, you will work with children and teenagers to provide individual, family, and group therapy services, as well as Telehealth sessions.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans for clients
  • Implement treatment plans and document progress
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of providing mental health services
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals
  • Prepare and submit documentation for each session
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, and other professionals as needed
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field
  • Clinical licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
  • Experience with clinical documentation and Electronic Health Record systems
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with a diverse client base
