Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with Compass Group, North America, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our clients. This role involves performing cashiering duties, including making cash transactions, verifying cash drawer, giving change, counting cash receipts, and completing cash reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Interact with customers in a friendly, service-oriented manner, resolving customer complaints and providing a positive experience.
  • Cash Handling: Perform sales transactions in a timely fashion, enter all sales into the cash register, and make change as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Replenish condiments, coffee, and other beverages, and maintain cleanliness of service areas.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Ensure compliance with company sanitation, ServSafe, and safety requirements.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous Cashier Experience: Required
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Attention to Detail: Accurate cash handling and inventory management skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals.
