Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Computer Systems Technician to join our team at PCI Federal Services. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest technologies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance to computer system users, performing complex problem determination and resolution, and assisting in supporting end-users both onsite and remote. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of computer systems, networking, and IT infrastructure, as well as proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Perform routine tasks using experience and judgment
  • Assist in managing and troubleshooting network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls
  • Resolve or dispatch trouble reports to the appropriate team member

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • CompTIA A+ certification (or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, networking, and IT infrastructure
  • Familiarity with Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android operating systems

**Estimated Salary:** $64,000 - $84,000 per year
