Responsibilities
  1. Ensure the consistency of food preparation and presentation in all outlets
  2. Communicate effectively with the culinary team and other hotel departments
  3. Actively share ideas and suggestions to improve the culinary experience
  4. Provide professional, friendly, and proactive guest service
  5. Oversee daily operations of food production for all outlets
  6. Ensure all kitchen associates are aware of standards and expectations
  7. Support Outlet Managers in maintaining high standards of quality and service
  8. Maintain and enhance the food products through creative menu development and presentation
  9. Balance operational, administrative, and associate needs
Qualifications

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team. If you have a minimum of two years' experience in a similar capacity for a 4- or 5-star hotel or restaurant, and a High School Diploma or equivalent education, we'd love to hear from you.
