Job Description

**Job Summary**

The 500 Club LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the dining services and food production operations at our upscale sports and entertainment complex. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness, and driving revenue growth through innovative marketing and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and supervise a team of dining room staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen personnel.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to increase revenue and attract new customers.
  • Manage food and beverage costs, inventory, and supplies to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and implement menus, specials, and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including food safety and liquor licensing requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with special events, weddings, and other functions as needed.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a private club or upscale restaurant setting.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, improving customer satisfaction, and reducing costs.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions quickly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Food safety certification and liquor licensing required.
