Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Assist in the management and supervision of all areas assigned by the Store Manager, ensuring compliance with Company standards and best practices.
  • Customer Service: Supervise and coach Retail Associates to provide efficient and friendly service at the registers, Customer Service desk, fitting rooms, and sales floor.
  • Merchandise Processing: Ensure recovery, sizing, and markdowns are completed to Company standards, and merchandise is presented and organized according to Company merchandising guidelines.
  • Expense Control: Assist in the management of and continuous monitoring of actual expenditures to be within budget, controlling payroll hours to plan, and adjusting to current business trends.
  • Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and secure environment, ensuring all Associates understand and can execute emergency operating procedures, and adhering to Company safety policies.
Requirements
  • Two or more years of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience in a retail environment.
  • Ability to supervise, motivate, and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize those tasks, give direction, and follow through to completion.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends.
