About the Role
As a Senior Industrial Project Manager with Michael Page, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing sites from start to finish. This involves directing and supervising the work of project administration staff and construction engineers, as well as working in partnership with project superintendents to establish operational priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Forecasting, tracking, and reporting project costs and revenue, ensuring adherence to project estimates.
  • Resolving problems involving labor disputes, staffing, construction materials, construction equipment, and contracts/subcontracts administration.
  • Coordinating with the Construction Safety Manager to ensure projects are completed in accordance with established safety goals.
  • Developing strong relationships with Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Assistant Project Managers.
  • Maintaining appropriate documentation throughout the project, including RFI logs and change orders.

The Successful Candidate

We are seeking an experienced professional with 4+ years of previous experience working with a General Contractor. A Bachelor's Degree is a plus. The ideal candidate must have experience running projects from start to finish, with strong software and technology skills a bonus. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, along with time management skills to ensure everything is on time and completed thoroughly. Managing teams is also a plus, and being up-to-date on the Construction Market and the newest technology is required.
