Job Overview

Entegee is seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to support the company's procurement activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in purchasing materials, services, and office supplies, as well as familiarity with procurement strategies and vendor negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Purchase materials, services, and office supplies for business needs
  • Source and negotiate with vendors to secure the best pricing and terms
  • Implement procurement strategies to meet budgetary and operational goals
  • Review purchase orders for accuracy and policy compliance
  • Monitor inventory and manage stock replenishment to prevent shortages
  • Evaluate supplier performance and manage the Supplier Corrective Action process
  • Collaborate with internal teams to forecast material needs and address supply chain issues
  • Identify and implement efficiencies in the procurement process

Requirements:

  • Experience in purchasing materials, services, and office supplies
  • Familiarity with procurement strategies and vendor negotiations
  • Knowledge of AS9100 QMS requirements for purchasing
  • Ability to review and ensure compliance of purchase orders with company policies

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
