As a key member of our educational team, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading and guiding the Science Club to achieve academic excellence and success in Science Olympiad competitions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive plan to enhance the Science Club's academic performance and competitiveness in Science Olympiad events.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor Science Club members to develop their scientific knowledge, skills, and teamwork abilities.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with district and school goals.
  • Organize and lead Science Club activities, events, and competitions, including Science Olympiad tournaments.
  • Monitor and evaluate the Science Club's progress, making adjustments as needed to ensure continued success.

**Requirements:**

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience in science education or a related field.
  • Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and administrators.
