**About the Opportunity**

A prominent oral surgery practice in Fort Wayne, Indiana, is seeking a new associate with a partnership track available if desired. This esteemed practice offers a unique opportunity for a skilled oral surgeon to join a well-oiled machine with unparalleled support staff.

The surgeon will be paired with an RN and 2 surgical assistants in the clinic, providing invaluable support throughout the day. The practice has a talented nurse practitioner on staff who assists with OR cases, rounds at the hospital, and provides support to the surgeons with her diagnosing and treating abilities.

The new associate will be busy from day 1, with a strong referral base and a broad scope of dentoalveolar and implant surgery. The practice is considered a leader in the area for providing full-arch immediate-load implant restorations, "All on 4".

**Compensation and Benefits**

  • Starting base salary at $400k.
  • $40k Sign-on Bonus.
