Civitas Senior Living is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Marketing Leader to join our team as a Community Relations Director. This role is responsible for driving sales growth and occupancy in our senior living communities through effective sales strategies, relationship-building, and innovative marketing techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Conduct assessments outside the community to identify sales opportunities and develop targeted marketing strategies to drive sales growth.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with local businesses, networking organizations, and community leaders to promote our senior living services and drive referrals.
- Manage Sales Processes: Utilize advanced CRM software to manage waiting lists, future interest, vacancies, and ensure a quick and efficient move-in process.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our Wellness Director, Executive Director, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless resident transitions and effective sales processes.
Requirements:
- Sales and Marketing Experience: Proven success in achieving sales and occupancy goals in senior living environments, preferably in assisted living, nursing homes, or memory care.
- Industry Knowledge: Background in senior living inside sales management or industries with a comparable sales cycle.
- Education and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
