Position Overview:

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries related to deposit and credit operations, including account openings, transfers, and online banking services.
2. Provide accurate and timely information to clients, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
3. Resolve client issues and complaints, identifying root causes to prevent future occurrences.
4. Support Relationship Managers by handling account-specific service tasks.

Client Engagement:
1. Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure their needs are met and satisfaction is achieved.
2. Introduce clients to relevant departments within the bank, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of our products and services.
3. Identify potential risks early and escalate them to the appropriate authority.

Growth and Development:
1. Utilize knowledge of banking products to identify opportunities for enhancing client relationships and recommending suitable solutions.
2. Actively seek feedback from clients to drive improvements in service delivery.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2-3 years in client service or banking operations.
- Familiarity with banking products and services is essential.

Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of banking policies and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation:
Starting base salary is competitive and may vary based on experience and qualifications. This position is eligible for bonuses and commissions.
