About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Carthage Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our facility.

Responsibilities
  • Collect and record patient information, including vital signs and medical history.
  • Administer medications and injections as prescribed by physicians.
  • Treat and dress wounds and bedsores as needed.
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and assist with patient care tasks.
  • Monitor patient food and liquid intake and output.
Requirements
  • Valid LPN state license.
  • Ability to work as a team member.
  • Good standing with the State Registry.
