Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing, scanning, and distributing documents as needed.
- Data Entry: Enter information into court databases and other computerized systems to collect and maintain court records and information.
- Financial Transactions: Process payments, collect fees, and manage financial transactions in accordance with court policies and procedures.
- General Office Duties: Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
- Knowledge and Skills: Proficiency in computer software applications, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods, perform light physical tasks, and lift up to 20 pounds.
