Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Charge Nurse to join our team at the Good Samaritan Society. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents and ensuring their safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments of residents and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor resident conditions and report any changes or concerns to physicians
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Document resident care and progress in our electronic medical record system

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
  • Experience in long-term care or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
