About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at RWW Enterprises Inc. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming environment for customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded, and that they have a memorable dining experience.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including menu engineering, pricing, and promotions.
  • Financial Management: Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, and identify and mitigate potential risks to the business.
Requirements
  • Leadership and Management Experience: Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with a track record of success in driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Operations Management Skills: Strong operational management skills, with experience in inventory management, supply chain logistics, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Financial Management Skills: Strong financial management skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
