Position: Beverage Packaging Specialist

In the role of Beverage Packaging Specialist at Boulevard Brewing Company, you will be tasked with the efficient and safe operation of packaging machinery, ensuring cleanliness, and upholding quality standards on the production floor. You will work collaboratively with a team to package our beers into various formats, including cans, bottles, or kegs, while strictly following quality protocols to meet customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate machinery for bottling, canning, and kegging processes
  • Assist with shipping and receiving operations as required
  • Maintain a clean and organized packaging environment
  • Execute Clean-In-Place (CIP) procedures on bottling, keg, and can lines
  • Comply with safety regulations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and company policies
  • Perform setup, changeover, and shutdown of equipment
  • Ensure quality assurance of finished products
  • Identify and report any packaging-related issues promptly
  • Communicate effectively with team leaders and management

Qualifications

  • Physical capability to lift and transport up to 40 lbs
