Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying customer experience principles and philosophy, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Merchandising and Sales: Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards, and may be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support the needs of the business.
Requirements:
  • Customer Service Skills: Possess excellent customer service skills and be able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
  • Communication and Organization: Possess strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail and be able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
  • Physical Demands: Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
Benefits:
  • Competitive Pay: Starting pay range of $14.50 to $15.00 per hour.
