Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Developer to join our Retail Technology organization, focusing on the business-critical Order Management platform. As a key member of our team, you will lead project delivery, support investigations, participate in software development, and collaborate closely with the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project delivery, ensuring timely completion of projects and managing project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables.
  • Support investigations, analyze and root cause resolution of operational issues, and follow SOX guidelines defined by Corporate.
  • Participate in software development, leveraging AI and machine learning for optimization, and collaborating with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with functional and system analysts, developers, architects, and project managers on a wide range of initiatives, including software development, package installation, and infrastructure upgrades.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of Sterling Commerce OMS experience (preferably OMS on Cloud).
  • 6+ years of experience in developing order management, retail, and/or supply chain management solutions.
  • 6+ years of experience with database systems and writing SQL queries and procedures.
  • Expertise in AI and machine learning applications within the order management system.
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Experience with other IBM Sterling products, such as Call Center.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
  • Understanding of emerging business solutions, technologies, and delivery methodologies in the retail and/or supply chain sector.
