SS&C Technologies is seeking a skilled Release Manager to oversee the deployment of software products and updates, ensuring a smooth and efficient process that meets quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development life cycles and Agile methodologies, as well as experience with CI/CD pipelines and practices.

Responsibilities will include developing and maintaining release schedules, coordinating with development, QA, and operations teams, and managing and mitigating risks and issues that may impact the release schedule.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring the release process, resolving any issues that arise during deployment, and ensuring that all releases meet quality standards before deployment.

Additionally, the Release Manager will work with QA teams to plan and execute testing strategies, verify that all requirements and documentation are complete and accurate, and communicate release plans and status updates to stakeholders.

Other key responsibilities will include maintaining release notes and documentation for all releases, ensuring clear and comprehensive documentation of the release process and any changes made, and identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance release efficiency and quality.

The Release Manager will also be responsible for analyzing and reporting on release performance metrics to drive continuous improvement, ensuring all releases comply with regulatory and organizational standards, and maintaining proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
