Job Overview:
Benelux Tek Group Inc. seeks a skilled Quality Control Inspector to ensure maintenance actions, documentation, and inspections adhere to approved data and airworthiness standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform incoming inspections on aircraft or components according to customer request cards or manufacturer's manuals.
• Ensure maintenance documentation is completed as required by FARs, Repair Station Manual, and customer's Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program (CAMP).
• Conduct final buy-back of maintenance performed and inspect components for serviceability and airworthiness.
• Perform in-progress inspections, including clearance-to-close, torque verifications, dimensional checks, and rigs.
• Release serviceable tags, aircraft logbooks, and FAA form 337 as authorized by ATS and airlines.
• Document on-the-job training and experience for inclusion into training files.
• Audit ATS facilities for FAR and safety regulation compliance.
• Monitor compliance to scrap bin policy and provide oversight, guidance, and assistance on the floor.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance and conduct effectively with co-workers.
Requirements:
• Airframe Services: Minimum of three years heavy aircraft maintenance experience or equivalent combination of education and experience as determined by Manager's discretion.
• F.A.A. Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License required.
• Components Services: Minimum of three years aircraft component maintenance experience or equivalent combination of education and experience as determined by Manager's discretion.
• F.A.A. Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License, Airframe License, or Repairman Certificate required.
• NDI and previous QC experience preferred. Prior leadership experience preferred.
