Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a clinical fellowship year or an experienced SLP with their Certificate of Clinical Competence. This is a full-time position with a 37.5 hour workweek, offering a competitive compensation package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401k matching plan.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluation and Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of referred students to diagnose speech and/or language disorders.
- Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address student needs.
- IEP Participation: Participate in and/or conduct individualized education plans (IEPs) to determine student needs and develop goals.
- Consultative Services: Provide consultative services to teachers, parents, administrators, and allied agencies to integrate educational goals into the classroom and home environment.
- Caseload Management: Schedule students appropriately and manage caseloads to ensure effective use of time and resources.
- Licensure: Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
