Job Overview:

As a Beauty Advisor at Sephora, you will be part of a dynamic team that values your unique skills and passion for beauty. Your role will be to create personalized experiences for every client, helping them discover the power of beauty and feel confident in their own skin.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Exceptional Client Service: Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients, providing personalized beauty consultations and recommendations.
  • Stay Current with Beauty Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and new products at Sephora, showcasing your expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines.
  • Participate in Sales and Promotional Events: Be part of exciting sales events and promotions, providing excellent client service and driving sales.
  • Maintain Store Environment: Help maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store, ensuring a positive experience for clients and colleagues alike.
Qualifications/Experience:
  • Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail, with a passion for client service and beauty.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask, with resilience and the ability to react to situations in the moment.
  • Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, with consistent and reliable attendance.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
