About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Estimating Manager to join our estimating team in Nashville. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the CM and Lump Sum Process, working closely with subcontractors and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate project scope effectively with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Develop expertise in various technology skills, including On Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, and Sage Estimating.
  • Execute risk management processes efficiently.
  • Interpret design information and perform quantity surveys accurately.
  • Apply industry standards (CSI, Master Format, BOD) to ensure best practices.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of construction experience, including internships and co-ops.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, industry, and delivery methods.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours.
About the Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure reflects the market rate for an experienced Estimating Manager in the Nashville area.
