As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our experienced caregivers to deliver world-class surgical services.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures
- Implement, monitor, and evaluate patient care plans to ensure optimal outcomes
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments, and note and carry out physician and nursing orders
- Assess and coordinate patients' discharge needs, and educate patients and their families on post-operative care
- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
- One year of current acute care RN experience, with consideration given to military RN experience
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- One year of Operating Room experience as a Registered Nurse
