Position Overview:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic Baristas to join our team at our new location. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in providing an outstanding customer experience while preparing and serving our delicious beverages and food items.

Compensation:

The starting pay is $18.00 per hour, plus a $3.00 shift differential during training. Once the café opens to the public, you will participate in a tip pool based on your hours worked.

Work Schedule:

We are looking for team members who can commit to working 22 or more hours per week. We offer a flexible schedule to accommodate your needs.
