As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for managing our calendar, ensuring all scheduling for daily and future jobs, and following up with builders regarding previous day's installation.

The ideal candidate will have excellent data entry skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to operate computerized accounting and spreadsheet software. Additionally, you will be responsible for receiving, directing, and relaying telephone/email messages, and ensuring the appropriate person is assigned to each activity on Stone App.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing calendar and ensuring all scheduling for daily and future jobs
  • Following up with builders regarding previous day's installation
  • Ensuring the appropriate person is assigned to each activity on Stone App
  • Receiving, directing, and relaying telephone/email messages
  • Ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
